Every strong real estate establishment engages in prospecting but it’s what is done with those leads that really matters. Our lead coordinator takes the time to log each lead, speak to them within one hour of initial contact using scripts and pre-determined guidelines and then sets appointments for the appropriate agents. The result is a very happy team with buyers’ agents that are enjoying the process being able to focus on what they do best. Listing agents can expend all their energy on making their clients happy and administration staff keeping it all together.
